(1) KLCA will be organising the KUALA LUMPUR AGE GROUP RAPID CIRCUIT 2023 (FR).
(2) The decision was made in the KLCA EXCO Meeting held on 24 September 2022 at Bangsar, KL.
(3) The objectives of this Age Group circuit are:-
A. Select players to represent KL in events to be nominated by KLCA.
B. Prepare KL players for competitions in 2023.
C. Unearth new talents, post-covid19.
(4) Selection Criteria:
A. Top 10 finishers in each Circuit will be given points.
Champion = 10 points
Runners-Up = 9 points
Third = 8 points
4th - 7pts
5th - 6pts
6th - 5pts
7th - 4pts
8th - 3pts
9th - 2pts
10th - 1pt
B. For Team Events(4players): Top 3 Players with the most points at the end of the circuit or 2 weeks before certain nominated events, will be offered to represent KL in designated competitions in 2023.
1 player will be KLCA's President nominee.
(5) Upon advise from MCF who will be organising the National Scholastics from 27-29 January,

Invitation to Represent KUALA LUMPUR in INTER-STATE Competition 2022 at SABAH
(1) The INTER-STATE Chess Competition will be held in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah from 21st to 24th November 2022.

GUIDELINES for ORGANISERS
Dear Organisers,
To expedite the application process in organising competitions in F.T. of Kuala Lumpur,
Please submit the following documents to KLCA when applying to organise:-
(1) REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE of Entity organising the competition.
Example:
SSM Registration Certificate, Perakuan Pendaftaran Badan Sukan or other documents.
(2) Name, Contact Number, Email and Address of Organiser;
(3) PROFORMA COMPETITION POSTER complete with Competiton Format
and NAME of CHIEF ARBITER and ARBITER TEAM;
(4) LETTER OF SUPPORT/CONSENT from Venue Owner;
(5) FINANCIAL PROOF of Ability to Pay Prize Money offered in Proforma Competition Poster;
Example:
Letter of Sponsorship, Bank Guarantee, Financial Statement of Organiser or other documents.
(6) PAYMENT of ENDORSEMENT FEE
A. Physical/OTB - Fee Amount will be advised based on Type of Competition and Organiser.
B. Online - RM25

(2) Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM);
(3) Kementerian Belia dan Sukan / Pejabat Pesuruhjaya Sukan;
(4) PDRM and DBKL.
