After KLCA meeting with ICE-NCA today,
the following have been finalised:-

(1)Venue: ICE-NCA
(2) ENTRANCE FEE: RM399 *
A. *for Teams registering BEFORE 26 September and/or MAX.10 Teams
(whichever is Earlier)
B. Effective 26 September 2018, Entrance Fee is RM450.
Note: Additional RM50 for each 4th and 5th player registered.

(3) TEAM COMPOSITION:
A. MIN. THREE(3) Players per team.
B. MAXIMUM including Reserves is FIVE(5) Players per team.
Foreign Players
C. Two (2) foreign players are allowed to be registered by each team.
D. However, ONLY One(1) foreign player is allowed to play at any one time/round.
(4) FIDE RATING/elo CEILING:
A. NO Rating Ceiling for Individual Player,
B. For Teams - 2200 FIDE elo average
Players WITHOUT FIDE Rating
for purposes of this League, the following will be accorded
C. Malaysian Players
Above 18yrs - 1800
Below 18yrs - 1600
D. Foreign Players - 2000
Note: FIDE Rating/elo as per FIDE's 1st September List
(5) TIME CONTROL
90mins + 30seconds increment
(6) DURATION / ROUNDS
3 Saturdays / 6 Rounds
( 2 Rounds each Saturday, MORNING & AFTERNOON )
