B. Kindly register and submit your respective application to MCF MCC2022 Secretariat by
WEDNESDAY, 25th MAY 2022, 10.00PM (2200hours).

MCC 2022 Fees have to be paid direct to bank account stated by MCF.

Please forward your Deposit Slip to 011-5699 2525/7msportspromo@gmail.com.
Reference: State your full name and KLCA-MCC 2022.

(1) With MCF ID

RM120  - Open

RM100  - Ladies

(2) Without MCF ID

RM150  -  Open

RM125  -  Ladies

C. Please Be Advised  that ALL official players named by KLCA for MCC 2022 are NOT allowed to represent other State Associations for other MCF-sanctioned event for a period of One(1) Year, ending 11 June 2023.
