After KLCA meeting with ICE-NCA today,
the following have been finalised:-

B. Effective 26 September 2018, Entrance Fee is RM450.
Note: Additional RM50 for each 4th and 5th player registered.

(4) FIDE RATING/elo CEILING:
A. NO Rating Ceiling for Individual Player,

Invitation to participate in National States Championship
The Malaysian Chess Federation (MCF) in collaboration with Persatuan Catur Negeri Sabah (SCA) is inviting interested MCF affiliates to participate in said tournament
Date: 1st-3rd August 2018
Team: A team of four (4) players and one optional (1) reserve
Venue: Likas Square Apartment Hotel, Sabah
Category: Men & Women
Interested player is invited to write in to me (fmpaipon@gmail.com) by 22nd July 2018
The fees are RM 2500 including registration fees, accommodation 5D/4N inclusive of breakfast, lunch and dinner. KLCA is waiving RM 500 for each category, therefore each participant is required to pay RM 400 upon successful application
Application will be based on recent FIDE rated results and active FIDE rating. There is no minimum rating ceiling for application
Interested players are required to arrange their own flight necessity. Transport will be provided from airport to playing venue/hotel.

KLCA is pleased to announced the MCF UPSI Malaysian Chess Championship 2018.
The details are as following
Date: 28th June - 3rd July 2018
Venue: Kampus Sultan Idris Shah, UPSI, Tanjong Malim
Therefore, KLCA is extending the invitation to all KL players to fill up the official, wildcard and extra-state slot. Further details will be unveiled soon pending committee meeting.

2018 The Malaysian National Youth Chess Championship (MNYCC 2018)
Therefore, Kuala Lumpur Chess Association (KLCA) is extending the invitation to all interested players based in Kuala Lumpur (Born, live or school in Kuala Lumpur)
Johor Chess Association (JCA) in coorperation with Malaysia Chess Federation (MCF) will organize MNYCC 2018 as follows
